Clocks go back this Sunday. For most of us it means a chance to get an extra hour of sleep. But for parents of young children…that may not be the case. If your child usually wakes at seven, the time change means they will now be getting up at six. But it is possible to prevent that from happening. Reporter Mike Power asked Certified Child Sleep Consultant Jenn Kelner, to explain.
